Renovation of a multi-residential development in Kenora, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Demolition .1 Remove existing supply and fresh air intake ductwork connected to existing make up air unit. Retain for reuse upon MUA replacement. .2 Remove existing flex duct joints for replacement. .3 Disconnect existing exhaust stack from unit as necessary for removal of unit. .4 Disconnect MUA unit from natural gas, electrical supply and controls. Cut back service as required. .5 Remove MUA unit. Disassemble as necessary for safe transport from premises. Installation .1 Supply and install new MUA unit as specified in drawings and manufacturers instructions. .2 Supply and install new ductwork, including flex connectors, connecting intake and supply ductwork to fresh air inlet louver and existing ductwork, respectively. .3 Supply and install exhaust stack to manufacturers instructions. .4 Connect new MUA unit to natural gas and electrical supply as required. .5 Reconnect existing controls.
