The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposals from vendors to provide construction services for Removal & Replacement of the HVAC at CC Woodson Recreation Center, 210 Bomar Ave, Spartanburg, SC. Furnish and install the following equipment and materials: Removal of existing and replacement of AAON unit and Mitsubishi VRF System (includes Branch box) Two Air Handlers (in ceiling) removal of existing and replacement (includes ceiling grid/tile work) Electrical work as needed Install new curb if needed and make sure everything is sealed properly Visual inspection of existing duct system with minor repair included if required.
