**As of November 5th, 2025, the project was awarded to Eastern Iowa Excavating & Concrete LLC, with an awarded amount of $1,003,167.55** The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of the total reconstruction of Jacolyn Drive NW, located at Jacolyn Drive NW from Midway Drive NW to E Avenue NW. The Engineer's opinion of probable cost is $1,480,000. Early Start Date: Upon Receipt of Notice to Proceed Late Start Date: March 30, 2026 Milestones: None Final Completion: Working Days - 100 Question Deadline 10/16/2025 at 4:30 PM CT - CIP NUMBER: 3012309 If any prospective bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any parts of the contract documents, the bidder shall use the "Questions" function on the project's listing found on the City's IonWave website, http://citycrbids.ionwave.net. Questions regarding the contract documents that are submitted via email, phone, or fax will not be answered. Refer to IonWave for the Question Cut Off date and time. Any interpretation of the contract documents will be made in writing and only by an addendum duly delivered to each prospective bidder who received, or in the future requests, contract documents from Jurisdiction. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
