Questions Deadline: 4/11/2024 01:00 PM (MT) Project will need to be completed by Aug 1st 2024 The purpose of this Request for Bid is to solicit competitive bids from qualified suppliers for Axis camera system upgrades with installation for Canyons School District (CSD). It is anticipated that this RFB may result in a contract awarded to a qualified supplier for commodities as defined further in the solicitation. This RFB is designed to provide interested suppliers with sufficient basic information to submit bids meeting minimum requirements, but is not intended to limit a bid's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. All bid preparation costs and any associated activities related to this RFB are the sole responsibility of the Supplier. This project is to add additional cameras and replace some existing cameras throughout the district. Locations and types of cameras are on the provided maps. The project includes 35 schools. Maps of the building camera system are required when complete. CSD will be evaluating this bid in two steps: (THIS MAY ADJUST) 1. Qualification Standards -- This information is required to determine the ability to preform the entirety of this project. Score values are included. Demonstrated Relevant Project History -- Information regarding past Axis system installations, Number of ACP Certified Installers, Years of experience in the security marketplace, System integration with the Milestone platform. -- 30 points Team assigned to the project. -- 15 points Show ability to meet the proposed schedule. -- 5 points 2. Suppliers must meet a 38 point minimum to be considered for price review. 3. Pricing -- CSD will then refer to the lowest presented bid total. Eligibility Requirements: The proposing Supplier must be properly licensed to do business in the State of Utah. Must be an authorized Axis / Milestone system integrator. Board Meeting CSD Board of Education approval is required if this project is bid over $80,000.00. The next Board Meeting after this bid closes will be: April 23, 2024
