Furnish labor, materials and services necessary to cut grass at the Market Rate Developments as follows: Northlawn 5145 North 20th Street Milwaukee, WI 53209 414-286-8864 Britney Festge (Manager) britney.festge@travauxinc.com Southlawn 3350 South 25th Street Milwaukee, WI 53215 414-286-8867 Gina Martinez (Manager) gina.martinez@travauxinc.com Berryland 6089 North 42nd Street Milwaukee, WI 53209 414-286-8852 Pamela Talbert (Manager) Pamela.Talbert@travauxinc.com Contractor shall not proceed with work until directed to do so by the Housing Authority or its agent. This contract will be effective May 2024 through November 2024, with the option to extend for an additional four, one-year term(s) upon mutual consent of both parties. Liquidated damages in the amount of $50.00 may be assessed for each day of delay. Contractor shall take all necessary steps to avoid scheduling work at the development site on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays, unless directed by the authorized personnel of the Housing Authority. Work shall be performed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The Housing Authority reserves the right to: reject any and all quotations; waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities; accept the quotation (if any) deemed most advantageous to and in the best interests of the Housing Authority. Award will be based on price, contractor's availability to provide the specified services when required, and contractor's expertise and past performance.
