Any questions regarding this call for tenders must be submitted, in writing , before the deadline for receipt of bids, to Mr. Nicolas Ménard, secretary of the selection committee, at the following email address: nicolas. menard@chudequebec.ca . The choice of professional firms will be made based on the recommendations of the selection committee, according to the evaluation criteria pre-established in the call for tender documents.
