The City of Torrance ("City") is seeking experienced on-call Design and Construction Administration Services proposals from qualified firms or teams of consultants for any City-related projects and activities, including those approved in the City's Capital Improvement Plan. Qualified firms shall provide professional services on an "on-call" basis for projects to be determined during the contract term. Up to five (5) consulting firms and three (3) principal consultants may be selected to provide as-needed services to assist the City with project design, development, permitting, and construction. The contract will be for a minimum 3-year term, with the option to extend two additional one-year terms. The City will issue task orders for each project based on the scope of services, qualifications, work schedule, and service cost. The City may solicit proposals from two or more pre-qualified consultants.
