ABC Stone and Gravel for the Camp Butner training facility The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to seek a one-time purchase of Aggregate Base Course (ABC) Stone for use at the North Carolina National Guard Camp Butner Training Site located at 539 Roberts Chapel Road in Stem, North Carolina for general landscaping needs around the facility.
