Construction/Earthwork 1 Unit LOCATION: Bogue Chitto Community Neshoba County CONTRACTING OFFICER: Gary Ben, Executive Director DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall provide project administration, job supervision, skilled and common labor, equipment, adhere to the Davis-Bacon Labor Law, provide Indian preference, provide insurance as required by Choctaw Housing Authority, perform and complete all requirements as specified in the plans specifications. The Contractor will be given ninety (90) calendar days to complete the job. Choctaw Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities. Indian Preference will be given to all qualified Indian-Owned companies.
