This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (CEA FRANCOachat) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Lawn Maintenance Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Centre d'excellence en Approvisionnements FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school boards: 1. Conseil scolaire Viamonde, 1 Vanier Drive, Suite 101, Welland (ON) L3B 1A1 The intention is to award a 1-year contract, with 3 one-year extension options, to a single supplier per sites.
