Description

Site work for an educational facility in Washington Township, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for site work for a educational facility.

All questions must be submitted via email to bids@rowan.edu with the name and number of the bid in the subject line. Questions Due April 19, 2024 The Stratford Campus has five (5) buildings and four (4) parking lots. This project will convert the existing Rowan "brown" signage into the Rowan-Virtua partnership branding as per the accompanying drawings and specifications. 1. Update the building mounted letters and new branded logo in seven locations as per the plans and specifications. 2. Update to existing non-illuminated monument sign to new branding in one location per plans and specifications. 3. Update existing illuminated monument sign to new branding in four locations per plans and specifications. 4. Update existing post mounted signs to new branding in seven locations per plans and specifications. 5. Replace existing vinyl banners in lobby to new brand vinyl banners in two locations per plans and specifications. 6. Attend Pre-Construction meeting. 7. Refer to drawings CS-001, A-100, A-101, A-102, A-103, A-104 and Architectural and Electrical Specifications. 8. Electrical: Provide updated electrical power as required for updated signs and logos on buildings and illuminated monument signs per drawings and specifications. Refer to drawings E-001 and E-100 accompanying this RFP.
