The City of San Juan Capistrano (City) is seeking proposals to provide traffic signal maintenance citywide for the City of San Juan Capistrano as described in the Exhibit A - Scope of Services. Contract Term. The initial contract term shall be for a period of three (3) years effective from date of award. The City reserves the right to cancel at any time if services rendered are unsatisfactory. The City also reserves the right to extend the term of this contract for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions subject to satisfactory negotiation of terms and the annual availability of an appropriation. Such nominations of extensions will be made no later than ninety (90) days from termination date. For questions, contact the Public Works Department at (949) 443-6337. Final Questions Due No Later than 5:00 P.M. April 15, 2024 Must use Attachment X - RFP Inquiry Form Addendum Issuance 5:00 P.M. April 22, 2024 Tentative Contract Approval by City Council June 4, 2024 Questions and Inquires must be presented on the RFP Inquiry Form (enclosed herein) and emailed to George Alvarez, Traffic Engineer at galvarez@sanjuancapistrano.org and are due as noted in the table above.
