Work covered by this section of the Specifications involves the replacement of the existing traffic signal located at the intersection of Delaware Avenue (S. R. 2002) and Third Street in the Borough of Palmerton with a new traffic signal. The intersection improvements include new traffic signals, new controller cabinet and pedestrian facilities, new signage, line striping and both concrete and brick sidewalk removal and replacement as shown on the traffic signal permit plans and construction plans. Palmerton Borough will receive sealed bids for Delaware Avenue and Third Street Traffic Signal Replacement project.
