Hall County, Georgia, Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified contractors to provide labor and new materials to mill, repave, and stripe the Gould Lane Compactor Site (herein "Services"). The County seeks to award one (1) contractor to perform all the services. The County will make any extension of the bidding period by a formal written addendum and publicly post on the County. This is a turnkey project. Contractor shall remove and dispose of current driving surface pavement and furnish and install new driving surface with pavement markings to facilitate traffic flow into, through, and out of the compactor site. Mill existing paved surface and disposing of millings. The milled out area shall be 4" across. Furnish and install new paved driving surface. Contractor shall install 2" of binder (19mm) asphalt along with 2" of 12.5mm asphalt and replace the striping as well. Furnish and install pavement markings onto new driving surface in accordance with established GDOT traffic regulations. Contractor shall furnish traffic control devices (cones, barricades, signs, etc.) and flaggers, as necessary, in accordance with established GDOT traffic regulations.
