The City of Longview is accepting competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide laboratory analysis services suitable for drinking water, taste, and odor compounds, algae identification, and algae count to the City of Longview Water Purification Division Watershed Management Program. Submittals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt. All questions or comments must be submitted in writing, preferably by email. Click here for email form. Award will be made approximately two weeks after the bid opening date. The City reserves the right to award contracts on an individual item or lump sum basis, whichever is the best interest of the City.
