Site work and paving for a road / highway in Denton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Scope of Work includes the following tree protection, clearing, grubbing, excavation, moisture conditioning, and other earth moving related activities associated with the development of approximately 250 acres as shown on the Construction Drawings for Hunter Ranch Phases 1A/1B/1C/1D in the City of Denton, Texas; Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond each in the sum of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the www.CivcastUSA.com system for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening.
