Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Spring Independent School District ("District") requests competitive sealed proposals for the purpose of identifying a vendor(s) to supply Multi-Campus Painting & Flooring Project to support the needs of the District, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications established within this Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP). All proposals must be on a lump sum basis. An award recommendation will be made at the Spring ISD Board of Trustees meeting scheduled on May 14, 2024. Spring ISD will use this online bidding system to post and receive the qualifications package electronically. To view the full specifications of this CSP and to submit qualifications, you must be registered as a vendor within our online system and must log in. For assistance with the online registration process, please contact Procurement Services at 281-891-6465. Contractor Qualifications to be submitted online by 2:00 PM (CST) Friday, April 12, 2024.
