Merriam City Hall HVAC Improvements Replace the existing HVAC equipment throughout the facility with new and improve the temperature control system. This includes new Rooftop Units, VAV Terminal Units and a new building automation system. Refer to attached construction drawings for additional requirements. Merriam Public Works HVAC Improvements Replace the existing HVAC equipment throughout the facility with new and provide a new temperature control system. This includes a new shop ventilation and heating system, new radiant heaters and a new building automation system. Refer to attached construction drawings for additional requirements. Merriam Historic Plaza HVAC Improvements Replace the existing DX split systems serving this facility and provide a new temperature control system. Refer to attached construction drawings for additional requirements. Merriam Police Department Controls Improvements (Alternate #1) Replace the existing temperature control system to match the system proposed in the projects listed above.
