Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ulster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Paving Contract: Accepting bids for the following: Furnish and place approx. 1,097 of 9.5mm Asphalt Wearing Course, and approx. 234 ton of 19mm asphalt binder- fine graded. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for each contract or as directed. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders or as directed. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the township. Ulster Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing Wage Act is applicable to this project.
