Questions from contractors during the bidding process should be submitted in writing, via email or fax, to Viox & Viox, Inc., SUBJECT: "COF-Woodspoint Drive Street & Bike Path Improvements" Send email to smcmillan@vioxinc.com and dmichels@vioxinc.com or Fax to 859 727-8452, ATTN Sandy McMillan and Dominic Michels. Questions must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the bid date. Construction cannot begin until after April 22, 2024 and Substantial Completion must be achieved by May 31, 2024 and all construction and invoicing associated with this project must be completed by June 17, 2024. The City of Florence reserves the right to consider alternate products and methods and negotiate price accordingly. The bid package will also be available in pdf format upon request.
