Question Deadline 04/02/2024 at 12:00 PM ET The Midland County Road Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposals received and to accept the proposal or parts thereof deemed in their opinion, to be in the best interest of the Midland County Road Commission. Work shall only begin after receiving notice of award of contract from MCRC. All paving shall be done on Monday through Friday or as approved by the Engineer. Requests to vary from the above schedule must be made in writing 72 hours in advance. All items of work shall be completed by September 30, 2024. Contractor is required to attend a Preconstruction Meeting with Midland County Road Commission before any work begins.. Any bids received after the advertised time for opening shall be declared void.
