This facility opened in the first quarter of 2025 and is now completely leased out. However, the property is experiencing problems with an adjoining neighborhood resulting in an influx of unwanted foot traffic and reported illegal activity. ACHA is requesting quotes to address this issue with the installation of approximately 1,060' of 8' chain-link fence along the south and west perimeter ofthe property to provide safety and security for its residents and properties
