Site work for a water / sewer project in Fordyce, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The projects will potentially be funded with federal funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), which are funds from HUD, and the Delta Regional Authority. Successful firms will be required to have an active ONLINE registration. All responses not fully addressing each criterion will be considered non-responsive offers and will be eliminated from consideration as potential contractors. The RFQ Evaluation Package includes the Criterion for Procurement rating sheet as well as the Rating Guidelines, Rating Sheets, Procurement Summary Sheets, and instructions needed to evaluate qualifications. The proposal receiving the highest total points in the proposal evaluation process will be offered the contract. The City will notify all unsuccessful offerors of the contract award once contract negotiations have been completed. The contract awarded will be a lump sum contract.
