Site work and new construction of a retail development in Kannapolis, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 8,440-square-foot retail development; and for site work for a retail development.

This project is for the construction of a new ABC store that will be approximately 8,440 square feet on an estimated 1.76 acreage . The building will have a display area for sales, warehouse and delivery dock. A preliminary site plan and building layout has been completed in accordance with the recorded Easements, Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions agreement with Lowe's Home Centers, LLC. Concord ABC is requesting the submission of a statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified professionals to provide architectural and engineering design for a proposed new ABC store to be located in Concord, NC at 3055 Dale Earnhardt Boulevard, Lot 2, Kannapolis, NC. The selected architect/engineer will be required to provide any or all of the following services for this project as determined by Concord ABC: preliminary design, final site plan, building plans, cost estimate, bidding documents and administration, construction administration and inspections. Concord ABC does not discriminate administering any of its programs and activities. The consultant awarded the contract for work will be required to assure that no person shall be denied employment or fair treatment or in any way discriminated against on the basis of race, sex, religion, national origin or disability.
