Work includes sitework, asphalt pavement patch, concrete sidewalks & pads, seeding, select demo, concrete footings, CMU masonry, steel stair stringers, rough carpentry, wood trusses, millwork (trims, treads), cabinets & countertops, fiber cement siding, fascia & soffit, joint sealants, doors & hardware, aluminum clad, wood windows, tubular skylights, glazing, plastic window film, gypsum systems, acoustical ceilings, resilient & carpet flooring, ceramic tile, exterior and interior painting, tackboards, signage, window shades, wheel chair-lift, glass stail rail/panels, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.. As of April 3, 2024, this project is NOT SUBJECT TO NYS PREVAILING WAGE RATES, per the architects' clarification. Regular Wage Rates apply. This project is EXEMPT from NYS Sales Tax on materials.
