Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kingsburg, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work to be done consists, in general, includes installation of a City provided pre-fabricated restroom, construction of concrete sidewalk, installation of poured in place rubber surface at three locations, installation of a new shade structure at one location, modification of an existing shade structure at one location, concrete, earthwork clearing and grading, preparation of subgrade and underground utilities. Plans and specifications applying to this project may be reviewed at: the office of the City Engineer of the City of Kingsburg, Peters Engineering Group, at 862 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612, or on the website. Oral explanations or interpretations of plans and specifications are not binding. Any explanation, interpretation or clarification of plans and specifications will be in the form of a written addendum to the plans and specifications issued to planholders of record. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the City of Kingsburg and labeled with the name of the bidder, the name of the project and the statement "Do Not Open Until the Time of Bid Opening."
