Renovation of a mixed-use development in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Reference Number 0000347818 Denver Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified monitoring firms and/or industrial hygiene firms to provide Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) monitoring and data logging equipment for all classroom spaces in District Educational Facilities, approximately 160 different buildings. Currently 10% to 20% of classroom spaces have an IAQ sensor (about 1200 sensors), the intent of this project is to ensure a sensor in every classroom. It is estimated that approximately 4500 additional sensors will be needed. The expansion of indoor air quality monitoring for Denver Public Schools. Locations of Work: The work described in this Solicitation shall be performed at the following locations and addresses: District Wide - IAQ Monitors to be placed in ALL District classrooms, educational buildings.
