Said Bids is for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the project titled "2024 Improvements - Maple Grove Transit Station and Parkway Station". The Maple Grove Transit Station is located at 12350 Main Street, Maple Grove, MN 55369 and Parkway Station is located at 9870 Parkway Boulevard, Maple Grove MN 55369. The provisions of Minn. Stat. 16C.285 (Responsible Contractor) are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids to the City shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The bids must be submitted on the Proposal Forms provided in the Construction Documents dated Thursday, March 26, 2024 titled "2024 Improvements - Maple Grove Transit Station and Parkway Station" as prepared by Walker Consultants for the City of Maple Grove. COMPLETION A. Construction Start date of May 13, 2024. B. Substantial Completion date of August 23, 2024. BID SECURITY A. No bid security is required for this project. BOND A. Successful Bidder shall furnish performance bond, in amount of 100% of Contract amount. BIDDER QUESTIONS A. Questions shall be submitted electronically via email at: abakeman@walkerconsultants.com AND mopatz@maplegrovemn.gov B. Questions shall be submitted prior to 1:00 pm, Friday, April 19, 2024. C. Addendum, if necessary, shall be posted on April 22, 2024.
