Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Salina, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The Project consists of construction of a pedestrian plaza and overlook space at the Salina Town Hall; installation of a pre-engineered shelter; and installation of site furnishings, landscape plantings, signage, and pavement markings as shown on the Contract Drawings. An additive bid item consists of installation of box beam guide rail and associated pavement reconstruction, and construction of a stone drainage channel and associated grading. Question Deadline 04/10/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, with an additive bid item as indicated in the Bid Form. Owner Rights: The Owner's right is reserved to reject all Bids or any Bid no conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents.
