The project will involve but is not limited to the construction of a new roof on two separate existing structures, exhaust fan replacement, and other building repairs. The F&M Coal Company, Permit #S-1073-86, is located near the town of Fellowsville, West Virgina in Preston County. The project will involve but is not limited to the replacement of metal siding at one existing structure and lighting upgrades. DIRECTIONS TO THE SITE: Martinka Water Treatment Complex: At Fairmont, WV take Exit 136 off I-79N then right onto Stoney Road; travel approximately 0.1 mile and turn right onto Pinch Gut Hollow Road. Continue 2.3 miles and turn right onto Colfax Road then left onto Levels Road. Travel approximately 1.4 miles and turn right at old mine sign onto paved access road; continue on paved road and take first right onto gravel access road at Water Treatment Plant sign.
