Foxwood Estates Sanitary Extension - Contract 2024-S. Each Bidder is Required to Furnish With Its Proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in Accordance With Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid Surety Furnished in Bond Form, Shall Be Issued by a Surety Company or Corporation Licensed in the State of Ohio to Provide Said Surety in an Amount as Allowed by Treasury Circular 570. The Estimated Cost for This Project is $389,270.00. Work Includes Providing and Placing 1,175 Lineal Feet of 8" Sdr35 Pipe and Appurtenances, Installing New Precast Manholes, Installing Wyes and Running 6" Sdr35 Sanitary Laterals to Existing Septic Tank Laterals, Decommissioning Existing Septic Systems, Installing Provided Water Meters on Well Lines, Abandoning Common Septic System Manholes and Plugging Two Discharge Points, Asphalt Trench Paving, Replacing Concrete and Asphalt Drive Aprons, and Replacing Sidewalks and Curb Ramps Disturbed During Construction. the Proposed Work Under This Contract Consists of Extending City Sewer to Service Ten Lots Within Ravenna Township Per Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Orders. The Board of Control Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
