1. The scope of services will be as set forth in the proposal dated to
and Administrator BTSA, attached as Exhibit A, incorporated
herein.
2. To the extent anything in the proposal is inconsistent with the terms of this contract and
resolution, the contract and resolution will govern. The terms of the resolution are expressly
incorporated in this contract. Owner, Engineer, their consultants and other representatives and personnel of Owner, independent testing laboratories, and
authorities having jurisdiction have access to the Site and the Work at reasonable times for their observation, inspection,
and testing. Contractor shall provide them proper and safe conditions for such access and advise them of Contractor's safety
procedures and programs so that They may comply with such procedures and programs as applicable.
