The National Park Service, CONOPS Central, Missouri Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Visitor Center Roof Replacement at Wilson's Creek National Battlefield, Republic MO. Work will consist of: Provide all labor, qualified supervision, products, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, incidentals, and other services and expertise necessary to: Replace a 20-year-old, approximately 8,760 square feet, of failing TPO roof system on Library Addition and Vestibule. Repair 16 penetrations, remove and filled from the deck up including insulation. The new TPO 60 mil will be mechanically attached with 3/8" underlayment over the existing Library and vestibule roofs. The TPO will be extended over the parapet walls on the library with a new flashing cap to protect the top of the walls. Install approximately 700 LF of flashing on all parapet walls on the Library and Visitor Center roofs. Also repair all existing externally exposed cracks in exterior walls of the library, vestibule and Visitor Center that are larger than 1/8 inch in wide. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000 Questions are due NLT 3 business days following the site visit. Answers will be provided via solicitation amendment as soon as practical after question due date.
