Contract #: SFAPT00212 Federal Project #:3-02-0200-120-2018 IRIS Program #:SFAPT00212 This federally funded contract will clear brush on State of Alaska highway facilities within the Anchorage Maintenance and Operations district. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, supervision, labor, maintenance and fuel necessary to clear brush on an as-needed basis as directed by the Department's representative. The Department may opt to offer renewal of this contract for four (4) additional one year periods. To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid. The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract. Engineer's Estimate Range: Between $200,000 and $500,000 A bidder requesting assistance in viewing the project site must make arrangements at least 48 hours in advance.
