The project also includes construction of a 10-ft wide trail, bioswales, regenerative stormwater conveyance systems, and step-pools located at: Town Center Stream Restoration 6460 East Johns Crossing Johns Creek, GA 30097 All work shall be constructed according to the Construction Plans and specifications and are made part of the contract by reference. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall construct the project per: Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Specifications, Standards, and Details; The Contract Documents including but not limited to the scope of work and specifications; The Plans - drawings/details/notes; All regulatory environmental permits and variances, including EPD Stream Buffer Variance, Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permits, and the City's Stream Buffer Variance; Purchase Order; Approved Schedule; City of Johns Creek ordinances and regulations; OSHA standards and guidelines; Any other applicable codes, laws and regulations including but not limited to Section 45-10-20 through 45-10-28 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, Drug-Free Workplace Act, and all applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990
