The Monroe County Museum System, a Department of the County of Monroe, Michigan is accepting proposals for a feasibility study to determine the challenges and opportunities of an addition to the Monroe County Museum located at 126 South Monroe Street in Monroe, Michigan. The successful firm will be required to perform all services as outlined in this Request for Proposal and will include the costs for the scope of services as outlined in his/her proposal response. The cost of all professional labor, any materials, printing, travel, supervision, etc. shall be included in your proposal for professional services. The project may commence upon award of the contract once proposals are received, evaluated, and a firm selected. May 6, 2024 Firm selected for engagement and Letter of Intent issued May 13, 2024 Firm commences project with walk through of facility/grounds June 3, 2024 Preliminary Draft Report Due to County/Museum June 17, 2024 Final Plan Due The County of Monroe reserves the right to accept or to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities and to make an award that is determined by the County of Monroe to be in the best interest of the County.
