Failure To Complete The Work Within Specified Time Limits Shall Subject The Contractor To Liquidated Damages For The Delay. The Attention Of Bidders Is Called To The Fact That Arkansas Code Annotated 17-25-101, States That A Contractor Must Be Licensed By The State Licensing Board For Contractors Before They May Undertake Work When The Cost Thereof In Arkansas Is Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) Or More.
