The City of Fremont is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide services to properties in violation of the City Exterior Maintenance Code. The services will include debris/junk removal and lawn care. No bid shall be considered unless the bidder submitting the same shall furnish evidence satisfactory to the City that he has the necessary equipment, ability and financial resources to fulfill the conditions of the contract and the specifications. Previous experience and responsibility of the bidders will be considered in awarding the contract. No contract will be awarded to any bidder who is in arrears to the City upon debt of contract or who is a defaulter or otherwise upon obligation to the City. 4. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
