Scope of Work It is the intent of the City of North Port (hereafter City) to secure services of a qualified Contractor to perform quarterly maintenance services at two (2) of Citys Water Treatment Plant Reverse Osmosis System: Myakkahatchee Creek Water Treatment Plant (MC WTP) and Southwest Water Treatment Plant (SW WTP) as required in scope of services. Question Deadline 04/18/2024 at 2:00 PM ET TERM OF CONTRACT: The term of this contract shall be from the date of award for a period of three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, by mutual consent, at the same terms and conditions provided. Price increases will be considered in the initial term at the end of each year for the upcoming year. The City of North Port reserves the right to reject any and all quotes in whole, or in part, for any reason whatsoever, to waive informalities and to award separate contracts for each individual items, or a single contract for all items, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the City.
