As of May 28, 2024, This project was awarded to Enscor, LLC, awarded amount is $465,817.50. The work required under this Contract includes furnishing and paying for all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment, and other items and construction improvements of Allenby Lake Berm and Outlet/Stream Reconstruction, complete in every detail, ready for the City's beneficial use as specified herein and/or indicated on the contract drawings. The work will begin at Wolf River Boulevard Opposite Allenby Lake, Germantown, Tennessee. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Project information was obtained from Mr. Hooper. We have also been furnished with site plans entitled SITE DEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS, ALLENBY LAKES DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, Germantown Tennessee dated April 24, 2018. The improvements will consist of the construction of a new pond outlet structure and four drop structures along a newly developed drainage feature leading from Allenby Lake to an unnamed tributary of the Wolf River. We have been requested to provide soil parameters and geotechnical related recommendations for the design of the proposed structures. The geotechnical recommendations presented in this report are based on the available project information, structure locations, and the subsurface materials described in this report. If the noted information is incorrect, please inform PSI in writing so that we may amend the recommendations presented in this data report if appropriate and if desired by the client. PSI will not be responsible for the implementation of its recommendations when it is not notified of changes in the project.
