Site work for a water / sewer project in Niagara Falls, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of slide gate replacement, and associated work at the Niagara County Sewer District No. 1 Water Pollution Control Center. bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid payable to "NCSD No. 1" will be required and is subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Failure to submit a bid bond or certified check with bid will result in automatic disqualification of bid. If, upon acceptance of his bid, a Bidder fails to enter into a Contract with the NCSD No. 1, the bid security shall be forfeited to and become the property of the NCSD. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the bid opening. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% Performance and Payment Bond with a surety company satisfactory to the NCSD No. 1 and conforming to the prerequisite requirements of Article 5 of the General Conditions. The NCSD No. 1 reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Any questions regarding billing should be directed to NYSDOL's Administrative Finance Bureau-PWEF Unit at (518) 457-3624 and any questions regarding Public Work Contracts should be directed to the Bureau ofPublic Work at (518) 457-5589.
