Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Middletown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

All Current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Standards and Specifications Will Prevail Over All Standards and Specifications Included in This Contract. The project is comprised of an approximate total of the following items of work: A. 205 Tons of Superpave Mixture Base Repair B. 31,385 SY of Milling C. 31,385 SY of Superpave Mixture Wearing Course Overlay D. Required Line Work E. Incidental Work Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten (10) percent of the total bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates are to be used during this contract. The Township Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Township.
