Site work for a water / sewer project in Greenville, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Below work will be completed onboard CGC PATOKAs shore facility 1. Contractor shall provide ALL labor and materials necessary to complete the project. 2. Contractor shall comply with submittal requirements if applicable. 3. Contractor shall protect all equipment and merchandise in work locations. 4. Contractor shall replace approximately 150 ft of sewage piping and fitting at the pier. (see figure 3) 5. Contractor shall replace approximately 150 ft of potable water piping and fitting at the pier. (see figure 3) 6. Contractor shall replace insulation and heater strips on the piping system at the pier. 7. Contractor shall ensure the new potable water system and sewage system at the pier is fully operations. Coast Guard COR must be present during the testing of both systems. 8. Contractor shall ensure the new heating strips are operational. Coast Guard COR must be present during the testing of the heating strips. 9. Contractor shall be responsible for the removal of all trash and debris from project area upon completion. 10. All work must be approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative This is a combined synopsis / solicitation to repair the sewage and potable water piping system on the pier of the USCGC PATOKA. All work to be completed according to the attached Statement of Work (SOW). A Firm Fixed Price Construction Order will be issued to the contractor with the lowest priced quote. All contractors must be actively registered in Sam.gov NAICS: 238220 Size Standard: $19,000,000 PSC Code: Z2NE Place of performance is USCGC PATOKA 1797 Harbor Front Road Greenville, MS 38701 Period of performance is May 13th through May 24th, 2024. The period of performance is negotiable. Federal Acquisition Regulations and Department of Labor Wage Determination MS20240046 are attached and are applicable. Site visits are strongly encouraged before submitting quotes. Site visits can be scheduled with Chief Jacob Newland. Jacob.M.Newland@uscg.mil (662)394-9746.
