No definite date for the rebi The selected Bidder (Contractor) shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, and services, plus all tools, equipment, materials, and supplies required to replace and restore the damaged portions of the DVR sound wall. The work will include repairing or replacing the damaged portions of the DVR sound wall (see Attachment D) to full functionality with Quilite(R) Sound Barrier (or equal). When an "or equal" is offered, it must consider both aesthetic and functionality aspects of the Quilite(R) Sound Barrier. The Quilite(R) Sound Barrier was developed by Quilite International LLC and is a factory-assembled panel system of clear polycarbonate plastic blocks enclosed in noise-trapping bezels and mounted in a steel frame. It has the appearance of glass blocks yet reduces noise and echo anywhere from 50 - 80% and allows light to pass through. The corrugated plastic surface reduces reflected glare, is durable at temperatures ranging from -40 to 200+ 0F, and can be made graffiti-resistant.
