As of April 24, 2024, this project has been released for general contractor bidding due May 28, 2024 at 10:00 AM CDT. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to update and repair the water tower at the VA Sioux Falls Healthcare System campus located at 2501 West 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57105-5046. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, electrical, necessary demolition, and certain other items necessary for the completion of this project. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable local and VA codes. Solicitation Number 36C26324R0074 for this effort will be posted to SAM.gov Contract Opportunities for Federal Users (https://sam.gov/content/opportunities/federal) on or about April 22, 2024. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings, instructions to offerors and other information necessary to bid the project.
