The successful bidder must possess a valid and active Class A or Class B or C-13 license at time of submittal of the bid and shall maintain the license throughout the duration of the Project. No Contractor or Subcontractor may be listed on the Bid Form or Designation of Subcontractors Form for the Project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations ("DIR") pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. No Contractor or Subcontractor may be awarded a contract for the Project unless registered with DIR pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR.
