The Project includes the following Work: Micro-surface of specified roads within Kane County. Bids will be received for a single contract. The Work will be substantially complete within 30 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 60 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run Questions shall be submitting to Lyndon Friant by April 11th, 2024, by 3:00 PM email to l.friant@jonesanddemille.com A pre-bid conference will not be held. The Project includes the following Work: Micro-surface of specified roads within Kane County. Bids will be received for a single contract. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $900,000. The Project has an expected duration of 30 days.
