The Clay County Sanitation Department will be accepting bids for a 100'x100' area to be fenced with a 20-foot cantilever gate as an entrance at 4031 Clay County Hwy, Moss, TN. Please deliver or mail bids in a sealed envelope to the above listed address. For additional information please call Clay County Sanitation at 931-243-4478. Clay County reserves the right to waive any information, reject and or all bids, and negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder. Clay County has the right to disregard all nonconforming, non- responsive, or conditional bids.
