Value: $ 306,878.50 Successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bond acceptable to the City of Oskaloosa on the form provided in the specifications in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The work under the proposed contract shall be fully completed and ready for final payment from written Notice to Proceed within 40 working days. The Notice to Proceed is expected to be issued no later than July 8, 2024.
