Questions are submitted online No The works consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct an asphalt paving parking lot improvement via paving approximately 2,000 square yards of asphalt in various thicknesses, handicap parking spaces improvement and to perform other associated work as itemized in the proposal. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % A bid bond payable to the City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, in amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least ninety (90) days. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. This work consists of providing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to pulverized the existing asphalt pavement and existing aggregate base to a depth of four (4") inches and to load, haul, and temporary stockpile the crushed material and prepare the base as shown on the plans or as directed by the Engineer.
